Jacopo Losso

Jacopo Losso is Head of Growth at Calmar. He is an angel investor in more than ten startups and has worked on angel investment since 2015.

For more than ten years he led the European Business Angels Network, where revenues quadrupled under his lead. He expanded the network in France and Germany, built partnerships with the Angel Capital Association in the US and the National Angel Capital Organization in Canada, oversaw more than 20 EU-funded projects and hosted eleven editions each of its congress and its Winter University, today the European Angel Investment Summit.

Since 2016 he has trained founders and investors on investment readiness, pitching and angel fundraising, most recently angels in Armenia, and he sat on the European Commission’s Startup and Scaleup Task Force.
